The word diversity means so many things to different people. To me the word diversity simply means mixture as in a mixture of cultures.

I live and work in New York City, so most mornings I take the train to work. It’s always interesting to me seeing the faces of different ethnic groups, cultures, and religion while riding the subway. I cannot think of any other place in the world except London where on a daily basis I see such a diverse group of people.

That was the inspiration for my ‘Diversity Wins’ mixed media work.
